• You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
• One account per business entity unless explicitly approved by us.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ConvoSurge to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate Meta's messaging policies.
• Transmit illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Use the platform for any activity that violates applicable laws.

5. Platform Integrations & Third-Party Terms

By connecting Meta (Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp) accounts, you agree to Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. ConvoSurge acts as a conduit and is not responsible for Meta's platform decisions, policy changes, or account suspensions.

6. Subscription and Payment

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as per your selected plan.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
• Non-payment may result in service suspension after 7 days notice.
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.

7. Intellectual Property

ConvoSurge, its logo, and all platform features are the intellectual property of Rockshaft Media. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rockshaft Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
