1. Program Overview

The ConvoSurge Affiliate Program allows individuals and businesses to earn a 20% recurring commission on every paying customer they refer, for up to 12 months per referred customer.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older.
You must apply and be approved by Rockshaft Media before promoting ConvoSurge.
Employees and contractors of Rockshaft Media are not eligible.
Self-referrals are not permitted.

3. Commission Structure

Rate: 20% of the net subscription fee paid by your referred customer.
Duration: Commissions are paid for up to 12 consecutive months per referral.
Exclusions: Commissions are not paid on refunded payments, chargebacks, or trial periods.

4. Tracking & Attribution

Each affiliate receives a unique referral link. Conversions are tracked via a 30-day cookie. Last-click attribution is used when multiple affiliates refer the same customer.

5. Payment

Commissions are paid monthly, on the 15th of the following month.
Minimum payout threshold: Rs. 1,000.
Payments via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) or UPI.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes on commission income.

6. Prohibited Promotion Methods

Spam, unsolicited email, or mass messaging.
Paid search ads bidding on "ConvoSurge" branded keywords.
Misleading claims about ConvoSurge features or pricing.
Coupon sites posting unauthorised discount codes.

7. Termination

We may terminate your affiliate account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or for any reason with 30 days notice. Earned commissions up to the termination date will be paid.

8. Modifications

We may modify commission rates or program terms with 30 days advance notice to active affiliates.

9. Apply to Join

Email business@rockshaft.org with the subject "Affiliate Application" and a brief description of your audience and promotion channels.
