1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with ConvoSurge within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, contact us at business@rockshaft.org and we will issue a full refund. No questions, no hassle.

2. Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial payment.
• Applies to first-time subscriptions only. Renewal payments are non-refundable.
• Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.

3. Renewals

Monthly and annual subscription renewals are non-refundable. We send a reminder email 7 days before any annual renewal. You may cancel before renewal to avoid being charged.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section of your dashboard or by emailing us. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Partial Refunds

At our discretion, we may offer pro-rated refunds for annual subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day window in exceptional circumstances (e.g., extended platform downtime caused by us).

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method.
